This miniature endoscope camera module adopts the CMOS OV9734 1/9″ image sensor, delivering 1280×720 HD resolution at a smooth 30FPS frame rate. Featuring an ultra-small 3.9mm outer diameter, the module comes equipped with 4 built-in LEDs and stainless steel sleeve, with a fixed module length of 22±0.1mm.
For viewing flexibility, its standard diagonal field of view (FOV) is 100°, with optional FOV specifications including 60°, 88° and 140°. The depth of field ranges from 10mm to 50mm to adapt to various close-range inspection scenarios. It reserves an LED-EN pin for adjustable light brightness or frequency control, while the FSIN pin enables frame sync signal synchronization.
A standout highlight of this endoscope camera module is its native compatibility with Arduino boards and built-in frame synchronous functions. Its operating temperature stabilizes at approximately 41°C, fully satisfying strict temperature standards for medical endoscopy equipment. This endoscope camera module supports USB signal output and is widely applicable across industrial inspection, medical endoscopy, dental examination and ear health monitoring fields.
